Installing new insulation in your house is a big expense, it’s not something you order straight from an ad on Instagram. We needed to get many people to sign up so the sales people could secure the job through their successful at-home visits.

The challenge was finding what message attracted what people. Many different angles were tried: questions sparking thought, informational, local trust, long experience, before-after comparisons. The message sometimes needed to evoke a negative feeling around energy price or mold or uncertainty, but always with an informational purpose. Never to scare or take advantage of the situation.

During the long collaboration with the client they went from 1 local office to 6, starting their expansion over the whole country.
